Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate items. All orders are final once placed and shipped.

We encourage customers to reach out to us with any product or shipping questions before placing an order.

Most products are covered by a manufacturer warranty from the purchase date. We strongly advise you to register the product with the manufacturer once purchased, or research the products warranty before purchase. If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective during normal use, you will need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement if applicable.

If you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We'll look over the issue and correct it.

Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. Note that there may be restrictions on some products in certain states.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
